Sources

The most important source to this web site is the personal experience of the authors.

Based on our interest in Mozambique, we embarked on a research journey to Maputo Nov-Dec 2005 and got in personal contact with many of the parts involved in the project of "Educação Bilingue":

  1. Universidade Eduardo Mondlane, where we met Professor Catedrético Armindo Ngunga, Professor Catedratico Armando Lopes, Professor Bento Sitoe, who all gave support to our research
  2. INDE, where we met Sr Rafael Sendela, Sra Anita Violeta Juma e Joaquim E Matavele, who showed us the progress made in the project
  3. Progresso, where we met, Fransisca Leonardo, Tinie van Eys e Teresa Velosa, who showed us their production og teaching material.
  4. MINED, where we met Zaida Cabral and got information about the role of Danida.
  5. IBIS, where we met Arne Mortensen, who explained the role of IBIS.

Further we have visited UNESCO in Maputo, Paris and Copenhagen, and got very usefull information about their role.

The most important books/articles, which we have used to gather information are:
